Located in southeast Idaho, along the Rocky Mountains and centered near the Oregon Trail, you’ll find Idaho’s 5th largest city: Pocatello.

One of the things our Pocatello branch is famous for, is their annual “Business After Hours” on the 2nd Thursday of December. Our Business Development Representative, Lisa Armijo, explains, “Our staff shows off their culinary skills with appetizers and a dessert contest – the competition is fierce and delicious! Our customers and Chamber members anticipate the event as a Holiday tradition and love joining us in their most festive holiday attire.”

The Pocatello branch cares deeply for their community. Through volunteering, the branch supports the Rotary Clubs of Pocatello, Junior Achievement of Idaho, The Idaho Food Bank, Pocatello/Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce events and projects, United Way, and the Greenway Foundation.

Outside of work, our Pocatello team loves to be active in the outdoors! The team loves to golf, hike, trail ride, garden, and play softball! Lisa Armijo, says, “Some of us are crafty, and some are more adventurous – Monday mornings usually include a finger and toe count for one of our team members!”

Employee Spotlight – Danna Weekes

Let’s give a big cheer for our newest employee spotlight – Danna Weekes!

Danna is Alliance’s Escrow Assistant for our Rexburg, Idaho branch. Danna helps our escrow officers prepare for their closings and loves working with and getting to know customers. Difficult files motivate Danna to help clients get to closing that much faster – and she enjoys the sense of accomplishment!

Of the Alliance Core Values, Danna’s favorite is “Trust and Respect.” She explains, “A trustworthy and respectful person and business are like a magnet for people. When you can trust someone completely, you keep coming back.”

When Danna isn’t in the office, she loves to spend time with her grandson and granddaughter, scrapbook, or go camping and four wheeling!

Who does she look up to, you ask? Danna thinks of no one other than her husband. Danna continues, “He is so willing to give his time to help – not only help our family, but everyone he comes in contact with.”

Danna’s favorite quote, “Don’t be pushed around by the fears in your mind. Be led by the dreams in your heart,” is her gentle reminder that, we are more and can do more and be more than we currently are right now.

Employee Spotlight – Aimee Kinsey

We have a new employee spotlight – Aimee Kinsey!

Aimee is Alliance’s Title Assistant for our Coeur d’Alene, Idaho branch. Aimee reviews documents, dates recording, issues policies, and amends commitments. Aimee loves the interactions she has with her team and customers – and she loves to help clients achieve their real estate goals!

Of the Alliance Core Values, Accountability is Aimee’s favorite. She explains, “Accountability is important to me – to hold myself accountable for the work I do. It might, at times, seem very routine: taking a phone call, answering another email, issuing a commitment or policy. However, to the person on the receiving end, it’s a big deal and it needs to be correct.”

Outside of the office, Aimee enjoys camping with her husband and their daughter, Rachel. Aimee’s hobbies also include acting and singing!

When asked whom she admires, Aimee thinks of her daughter. She explains, “My daughter is 5 years old and is the most kind, loving, and generous person I know. She inspires me to be and do better.”

Aimee’s favorite show, “Friends,” includes one of her favorites quotes: “They don’t know that we know they know we know.” Aimee continues, “It’s my all-time favorite show and is also one of the reasons we named our daughter Rachel.”

Home to the Mountain Home Air Force Base, the city of Mountain Home holds air shows, Air Force Appreciation Day, and the Mountain Home Country Music Festival, among many other events. With both summer and winter outdoor recreation, Mountain Home, Idaho is sure to appease the adventurer.

Only a 10-minute drive from Rattlesnake Creek, you’ll find our Alliance Title Mountain Home branch! With a combined experience of 64 and a half years in the title and escrow industry, Our Mountain Home team is ready to close your transaction!

The Mountain Home branch has a strong bond with the community and the military – both are supported through various committees and events. The team supports the Chamber of Commerce, Military Affairs Committee (where our Escrow Officer, Jamie Springer, is a member), and the El Ada Foodbank.

Outside of the office, our team members enjoy a variety of activities! Title Assistant, Tiffany Lerch, and Escrow Assistant, Lori Brauer, both enjoy kayaking; title officer, Sally Loosli, and Escrow Officer, Becky Hughes, are both gardeners; and Jamie loves to adventure into the great outdoors with her daughters.

Let’s give a cheer for our newest employee spotlight, Amber Cooper!

Amber is Alliance’s Escrow Officer for our Kalispell, Montana branch. Amber closes files and helps buyers and sellers reach their goals. Alliance is very lucky to have had Amber for the past five years!

Of the Alliance Core Values, Amber’s favorite is “Trust & Respect.” She explains, “Without trust and respect, we wouldn’t be able to build relationships with our clients.”

When she’s not in the office, Amber enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with her husband, TJ, and their three-year old son, Sawyer.

Amber’s husband was injured two and a half years ago – his strength and drive are some of the many reasons why TJ is someone Amber looks up to and works harder for.

The home purchasing and/or selling journey can be an exciting one, and Amber truly enjoys assisting clients in making their dreams come true. Amber explains, “Each day is different, which allows for continued learning and continued success.”

Even while COVID-19 continues to impact our daily lives, the housing market marches on. With various state restrictions in place to maintain social distancing, it might be difficult to reach your clients as you once used to.

  • Our Buyer/Seller Guides are available online. You can use them in a presentation, or you can send them directly to your client to help with any questions about the process.
  • A login with our Marketing Resource Center will allow access to create flyers, postcards, etc. Send them to a past client as a friendly check-in, or to new clients as a warm welcome.

Employee Spotlight – Kara Rogness

We have a new employee spotlight! Give a round of applause for Kara Rogness!

Kara is an Escrow Assistant for our Coeur d’Alene, Idaho office. Kara clears title, assists with phone calls and walk-ins, helps with CD’s, and other various tasks. Kara loves that her work days always come with a new challenge!

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Kara’s favorite. She explains, “Teamwork is the glue that holds everything together.” After joining the Alliance Title CDA office back in 2017, Kara is a wonderful and knowledgeable person to have on our team!

Outside of the office, Kara enjoys spending time with family and friends, finding new hiking trails and new spots to go paddle boarding, and planning trips!

When it comes to admiration, Kara thinks of no one other than her mother. She continues, “My mother is one of the strongest people I know. She works hard and is always there for her family!”

Kara’s favorite quote, “Don’t count the days, make the days count,” by Muhammad Ali, is something she tries to stick to as her daily mantra. Kara says, “It’s a great reminder to live every day to the fullest!”

Joey Wirth is an Escrow Officer for our Alliance Title Nampa, Idaho branch. Joey loves to help clients purchase their dream home and refinance to a better financial solution.

When Joey isn’t working hard in the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors – whether that’s hiking, hunting, or being on the family ranch. Joey is also a healthy living coach! She illustrates, “I love being involved with my tribe and helping them reach their goals.”

Thinking of her favorite person, Joey talks about her father. She continues, “[My dad] taught me a strong work ethic and to always take care of the people who matter.”

Helping Our Communities

With COVID-19 bringing uncertain times for many, Alliance Title & Escrow, under the parent company of Futura Title & Escrow Corp., made sizeable donations to various local charities in the communities they live and work in. Futura Title’s brands donated a total of $67,400 (equivalent to $100 per company employee) to various charities across the Pacific Northwest. 

Alliance Title’s branches donated to the charities that were close to their hearts and who continuously aid in their communities.

With all of the branches throughout Idaho donating to their charities, Alliance Title was able to contribute a grand total of $26,400!

Alliance Title strives to continuously aid in the communities we live and work in. We are greatly inspired by all of the wonderful and generous community members who have stepped up and helped others during this difficult time – and we want to encourage the same.

Employee Spotlight – Suzanne Jellison

Suzanne Jellison is a Title Officer for our Flathead County offices in Montana: Kalispell and Whitefish. Before becoming a Title Officer, she was an Escrow Officer for seven years – confirming that she is an incredibly experienced employee to have on our team! Alliance Title has been lucky enough to have had Suzanne on our team since 1984.

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Accountability” is Suzanne’s favorite. She explains, “I believe accountability is important not only in the work environment, but also in my personal life. It challenges me and pushes me to be the best person I can be.”

Suzanne loves the variety of her work and how each file is different – “All these years later, and I still run into situations that I have never seen before. I’m always learning something new. It’s almost like being a private eye.”

When she’s away from the office, Suzanne enjoys relaxing at home or taking leisurely strolls with her dogs. You can also find her spending time in the great outdoors and visiting the local national parks.

Suzanne’s favorite quote, “The secret to getting ahead is getting started,” by Mark Twain, is something she tries to live her life by.
