Employee Spotlight – Tiffini Woolley

Tiffini is our Escrow Officer for Alliance’s Emmett, Idaho office. Tiffini opens, processes, closes, and funds real estate transactions all while making sure clients have a smooth and memorable experience.

Having been with the Alliance Team since 2018, Tiffini truly enjoys educating first-time homebuyers at the closing table and being able to help them reach such a big life achievement. Of the Alliance Core Values, “Trust and Respect” is her favorite. She explains, “I believe without those, there would be no form of relationship that could be successful.”

When asked whom she admires, Tiffini thinks of her father. She continues, “I admire my dad for showing me a strong example of great work ethic and teaching me to never give up on my goals.”

Outside of the office, Tiffini loves to spend time with her kids – whether that’s through camping, paddle boarding, horseback riding, dirt bike riding, or fishing!

Tiffini’s favorite quote, “The problem is not the problem; the problem is your attitude to the problem,” is something she tries to keep in mind.

Community Spotlight – Nampa, Idaho

Only 20 miles from the state capital of Idaho sits the largest city of Canyon County – Nampa, Idaho.

Nampa’s mix of small-town charm with amenities of a bigger city bring in plenty of tourists and locals alike.

If you’re looking for an entertainment venue, look no further than the Ford Idaho Center – the largest facility of its kind in the Pacific Northwest. From concerts to hosting the Snake River Stampede rodeo, you’re bound to find the fun!

Visit Nampa’s local farmer’s market, or take a dip in Lake Lowell to escape from the summer heat. If you’re looking to brush up on your plane history, stop by the Warhawk Air Museum!

A five-minute walk from Lions Park, you’ll find our Alliance Title Nampa branch! With 100+ years of title and escrow service combined, the Nampa office is eager close on your real estate transaction!

Business Development Representative, Ashley Houweling, explains why the Nampa office stands out from the local competition: “We are truly a team. We step in and help each other in order to provide the best customer service experience we can. We are fortunate to work with great community servants who really work hard at helping families in our communities, be that through real estate transactions, or giving back by volunteering their time, money, and resources in helping aid families in the community. That is the type of character we love and support.”

The Nampa branch is incredibly involved in the community. Their volunteer work ranges from industry related objectives to community outreach. Recently, Alliance’s Nampa office was a statewide sponsor and participant in the FFA Foundation Golf Tournament Fundraisers. Funds go towards helping FFA chapters throughout the entire state of Idaho. In addition, they also volunteer in the “Pink on the Dirt” event that raises awareness for breast cancer research. The Nampa team is also currently planning their 4th annual Sporting Clay Shoot fundraiser where all the proceeds are donated to a local charity each year.

Outside of the office, the Nampa branch loves to explore the great outdoors! The Nampa employees have many different interests and hobbies, including fishing, hunting, hiking, boating, camping, exploring hot springs, horseback riding, farming, ranching, and attending horse shows. Stacy Woods’ daughter, Samantha Woods, is currently Miss Rodeo Caldwell and competing for Miss Rodeo Idaho as well!

Let’s give a round of applause for our newest employee spotlight, Celina Reynold!

Celina Reynold is Alliance Title’s Escrow Officer for our Clarkston, Washington branch. Celina handles all escrow duties and assists with title. She’s thrilled to help you in your next transaction!

Having been with the Clarkston team for almost 15 and a half years, Celina is the knowledgeable employee you want on your team! Of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Celina’s go-to. She explains, “I think teamwork is the best value to have, because if you work together, then everything else will fall into place.”

When asked whom she admires, Celina thinks of the people in her life she’s closest to. She continues, “I admire my parents and Tami Randall, our Vice President and Branch Manager, and also, my friend. They support me in what I do and are strong-willed and caring.”

Outside of the office, Celina loves to spend time in the great outdoors – whether that’s through camping, swimming, or hanging out with family and friends.

Corporate Step Challenge

Every year, Alliance Title participates in a company-wide step challenge to get us all up and moving!

2021’s theme this year is Steppin’ for the Gold, which is in support of the Summer Olympics held in Tokyo. Click here to read up on this year’s Summer Olympics!

The purpose of the program is to encourage employees to adopt healthy activities and incorporate these activities into their daily lives. The program also encourages teamwork, camaraderie, a sense of community, and celebration of teams and individual goals.

The program consists of two separate competitions – Branch/Operation and Individual. The dates of the 2021 challenge is from July 1st through August 31st. Each participant will need a step-counting device or app – for example, a Fitbit, smartphone, smartwatch, step counter, etc.

There will be 1st and 2nd place branch winners. The 1st place branch winner gets bragging rights and will receive the Annual Step Challenge Traveling Trophy to display proudly. The plaque will be engraved with the winning branch, program year, and average steps that gave them their win. The 2nd place branch winner will also have bragging rights and will receive the Annual Step Challenge Traveling Plaque to display proudly.

The winning teams (1st and 2nd place) will also have a meaningful celebration provided by their local management team.

The Individual competition of the Annual Steps Program Challenge will have three activity levels an employee may participate in:
New category levels in 2021 –
Category 1: 20,000 steps/day
Category 2: 10,000 steps/day
Category 3: 5,000 steps/day

Individual competitors have the chance of winning the pool money that was required to pay as a fee to enter!

Employee Spotlight – Kiahni Freeman

We have a new Alliance Title Employee Spotlight – Kiahni Freeman!

Kiahni is Alliance Title’s Administrative Assistant for our Eagle, Idaho branch. She opens orders, creates physical files, answers phones, greets customers, keeps the office stocked, and boosts office morale with her quality humor!

Having been with the Eagle team for about a year and six months, Kiahni’s favorite Alliance Core Value is “Teamwork.” She explains, “It is easy to be a good Administrative Assistant when you have an amazing team like I do. The Eagle team has helped me through so many life changing events and helped me grow in Escrow. Teamwork is so essential to our everyday routines in providing the most efficient work and top notch customer service. Without the team I have, I would not have succeeded in my position as I have been able to today.”

Kiahni enjoys being able to talk to customers and create relationships, “[so clients] always have someone to look forward to being able to talk to when they come in.”

When asked whom she admires, Kiahni thinks of all of the strong women in her life. She illustrates, “I admire all of the strong females owning their life, their industry, their physical and mental well-being, their hobbies, their kids, their home life, etc. I always find something to admire in other powerful women. I think being a young woman – who is a new mom, at the beginning of her career, in her first very serious relationship – there is always so much to learn, so many changes going on in my priorities, goals, self-image, choices, passions, annoyances, hobbies, etc. I think it is essential to keep those role models around myself so that I can reflect what type of woman I want to be as a mother, partner, coworker, citizen, and human being.”

Outside of the office, Kiahni loves spending time with her fiancé and 5-month old son! They enjoy swimming, fishing, and camping.

Kiahni’s favorite quote, “The grass is greener where you water it,” is something she tries to live her life by. She explains, “I love this quote, because any situation in my life that comes up is a reflection of my choices and my actions. I hold myself accountable with this quote and remind myself that I will water things that matter to me and be able to make every single day a good day if I want it to be.”

Laurie is Alliance’s Escrow Officer for our Rexburg, Idaho branch. She works closely with clients, lenders, and realtors and puts together closing documents. Although only new to the team 10 months ago, Laurie has quickly become an all-star employee and part of the Rexburg team!

Laurie enjoys meeting clients and realtors and putting a name to a face! Laurie explains, “Being new to the community…it’s nice recognizing others and being able to have a connection with them.”

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Laurie’s favorite. She continues, “I like working with realtors, clients, and fellow co-workers. I feel like working together and helping each other makes lighter work. Everyone in our office has welcomed me in and helped me get comfortable in my new setting.”

When she’s not working hard in the office, you can find Laurie relaxing up in the mountains! She loves to go fishing, hiking, camping, and riding ATV’s with her family.

Community Spotlight – Rexburg, Idaho

Once a year, Main Street hosts the Idaho International Summerfest were over 300 dancers and musicians around the globe preform!

A 15-minute drive from Yellowstone Bear World (a drive-thru wildlife park), you’ll find our Alliance Title Rexburg office. Out Rexburg team has a combined 140 years’ experience within the title and escrow industry and is excited to help you close!

Vice President and Branch Manager, Alison Banta, illustrates how her Rexburg team stands above the competition: “Our commitment to our customers is what makes us different. The community and the people are what make Rexburg so great – and Alliance is proud to serve Madison County. Alison continues: “We have the best customers! Priscilla is Alliance’s Branch Receptionist / Administrative Assistant for our Coeur d’Alene, Idaho branch. Priscilla runs the front desk and reception, including phones. She welcomes customers, escorts clients to their closing rooms, opens new orders, and much much more!

The Alliance Title team has had Priscilla since 2001 – and we’re so incredibly lucky to have her! Priscilla loves being able to assist customers and the team, as well as help make customers feel comfortable and welcomed as they walk into the CDA office.

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Priscilla’s favorite. She explains, “I truly believe that it takes each and every person in our branch to make us successful. Successful as individuals and as a team!”

Employee Spotlight – Carmen Coy

Let’s give a round of applause for our new Employee Spotlight, Carmen Coy!

Carmen is Alliance’s Administrative Assistant for our Emmett, Idaho branch. Carmen answers in-bound calls, meets and greets the public, and handles information of sensitive/confidential nature. She also opens new orders and assigns them to the escrow officers of the branch, prints checks, approves wire transfers, distributes mail, and arranges for the procurement of supplies and services.

Although Carmen has only been with the Alliance Title team for the past 8 months, she already feels like part of the family. She continues, “I’ve been loving every minute of it. I look forward to many years with this company and most of all – with my team.”

Of Alliance’s Core Values, Carmen’s favorite would be “Trust & Respect.” She explains, “I feel that if you have trust and respect, the remaining core values automatically fall into place.”

When asked whom Carmen admires, she thinks of her daughter. She explains, “Watching her take care of her home, her husband, and raising two of my grand-babies has been nothing short of awe-inspiring. And who am I kidding – sometimes she takes care of me too! The love she has for Jesus and every human she encounters is just amazing. I learn regularly from this blessing of mine.

Outside of the office, Carmen enjoys playing softball! Her daughter and son-in-law are on the same tournament team, so they get to travel together – and they recently returned from a softball tournament in Florida! Carmen absolutely loves spending time with her family and 5 grandkids; as she explains, “They bring constant joy to my life!”

Carmen’s favorite quote, “I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength” from Philippians 4:13, gives her daily peace. She continues, “I feel that I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for His guidance.”
