Known as the “Potato Capital of The World,” Blackfoot, Idaho offers unique sights and an interesting history. Home to about 12,000 residents, “close-knit” isn’t just a description — it’s a reality. The Alliance Blackfoot team knows how lucky they are to work and live in such a great place.
Since Blackfoot is such a small town, it truly makes service to the community special. “This means that we were raised around and alongside our customers. Because of this, many of our customers are not just customers, they are our friends and neighbors,” says Assistance Vice President and Branch Manager Brittany Carlson.
Going above and beyond by using their talents and 47 years of combined industry experience for every transaction is standard practice for all team members. For example, Administrative Assistant Juliana Martinez enjoys utilizing her fluency in Spanish to help Spanish-speaking customers understand the ins and outs of their escrow transactions.
Giving back is also a priority. In addition to raising funds and collecting food donations as part of Alliance’s ‘Closing The Hunger Gap’ food drive campaign, team members support The Community Dinner Table, which is a non-profit whose mission is to reduce hunger in Bingham County.
From kayaking, camping and exploring the outdoors to staying active throughout the community and spending time with family and friends, the Alliance Blackfoot team likes to keep busy away from the office.
The Blackfoot, Idaho branch welcomes the opportunity to provide title and escrow services for your next real estate transaction!
