Bonnie Orr works as a Title Officer in Alliance Title’s Clarkston, Washington office, and she has been with the company for 15 years. In addition to her Title Officer responsibilities, Bonnie helps out with administrative duties and the occasional closing. What she loves the most about what she does is working with the great people in her office and the opportunity to learn something new nearly every day.
While Bonnie feels that all of Alliance’s core values are important, she feels that customer service is the key to success. She said, “We have many experienced people in this office, so we have had an advantage over a former competitor in Asotin County. In addition, we really care about our customers and are willing to take the next step to assure that there are no ‘surprises’ at the end of the transaction. If there is a problem, we contact our clients right away and give them the heads up so we can deal with any potential issues prior to closing.” Bonnie added that because in this day and age we oftentimes deal with long hold times or a computer instead of a person, offering exceptional customer service is essential.
When asked who she admires the most and why, Bonnie said, “Anybody that is an escrow officer. Been there. Done that.”
Outside of work, Bonnie’s family is her number 1 priority. She has been married to her husband for 38 years. Together they have 4 sons, 1 grandson, and a very large, extended family. Bonnie loves to walk with her dogs and paint. She is also a big Lewis-Clark State College Women’s Basketball fan.
“Live life – no regrets” is Bonnie’s favorite saying. She said, “I think that speaks for itself. Life is a blessing. We all need to remember that.”
