Kathy Silver, AmyJean Skidmore, Joy Denning, Kassandra McLean, and Brittany Carlson are a stand out bunch in the Blackfoot, Idaho real estate market. With a combined experience of 50 years in the title and escrow industry (43 years of which have been spent with Alliance Title), this remarkable team is known for their tremendous knowledge and helpful attitudes. Ask any one of them and they’ll tell you that they work with the best real estate agents, lenders and customers around.

If there was only one thing we could highlight about our staff in Blackfoot, it would be their commitment to their community. Everything this team does inside and outside of the office is centered on serving the great people of Blackfoot. While half of their team was born and raised in the city, they all take tremendous pride in their community and they enjoy watching it grow.

The entire team supports the Community Dinner Table, Greater Blackfoot Association of Realtors, Blackfoot Chamber of Commerce, and Relay For Life. Every year, these ladies hold their ‘Closing the Hunger Gap’ food drive to benefit their local food bank. Brittany is a Board Member for the Chamber and a Chairman of the Blackfoot High School (BHS) Technology Advisory Committee. AmyJean supports and attends all of the BHS Band Booster functions.

Kathy, AmyJean, Joy, Kassandra and Brittany each have interests and experiences outside of the office that are unique to each of them. Kathy likes to camp, ski and backpack. She has travelled to over 40 states and has lived in 12. AmyJean grew up in Canada and she enjoys music, reading, and watching movies with her family. Joy has travelled to 47 states and her interests include gardening, camping, and cooking. Kassandra loves participating in outdoor activities. She likes farming, camping, and fishing. Brittany likes to read, learn new things, and spend time with her family.

With an estimated population of 11,740 residents as of 2015, Blackfoot is the county seat of Bingham County. Touted as the ‘Potato Capital of the World’, Blackfoot has a rich history in agriculture. The city’s climate and geography not only make it the ideal place to grow Russet Burbank potatoes, but it also offers residents and visitors a wide variety of outdoor recreational activities year-round such as hunting, fishing, hiking, biking, and off-roading.
