Bonnie Stohel is a Production Typist for Alliance Title’s Rexburg, Idaho office. She has been with the company since August 2015 and is responsible for typing and sending out all of the owner’s and lender’s policies for 7 different offices throughout the company. Bonnie greatly enjoys her work, especially knowing that she is the final leg of the home buying process for many people. Bonnie explained, “When I finish my job and mail out the final policy and they get it, they are done and they can fully enjoy their home knowing it’s theirs to make into whatever they want.”
Integrity is Bonnie’s favorite Alliance core value. She said, “I love the idea of always doing what’s right and good, even if no one else can see you. It’s not about the praise; it’s about doing the right thing.”
Her sister, Dieuwke, is the person she admires the most. Bonnie stated, “She helped raise a lot of us younger kids, and she never let anything stand in the way of her dreams. She’s an amazing mother, sister, and friend and she is more giving than anyone else I know. If you ever need anything, she is there for you without question or pause.”
Outside of the office, Bonnie likes to read, bake, and sing. She said that if she could somehow find a way to combine all three, then even better!
Bonnie’s favorite quote is by Khaled Hosseini, author of The Kite Runner: “I wondered if that was how forgiveness budded; not with the fanfare of epiphany; but with pain gathering its things, packing up, and slipping away unannounced in the middle of the night.” Bonnie said she loves the idea of forgiveness and letting things and people go. She expounded with this: “All of us have had hard things happen in our lives, but moving on is one of the best feelings I can imagine.”
