The Mountain Home branch was acquired by Alliance Title & Escrow Corp. in December 2010, bringing added experience and enthusiasm to the company. Escrow Officer, Becky Hughes, and Title Officer, Sally Loosli, came to Alliance with the acquisition. Not long after that, Escrow Officer, Jamie Springer, joined their team. In October 2015, Administrative Assistant, Danette Kirkland became their newest addition.

Together, this talented bunch brings over 40 years of combined title and escrow industry experience to each transaction they handle. While they are all true professionals that enjoy meeting new people and building strong relationships with their clients and customers, they also lead rich lives in Mountain Home.

Each December, Becky volunteers for the Chamber of Commerce’s “Giving Tree” project. Jamie also gives back to the community with her involvement in the PTT, Relay for Life, and the Mountain Home Optimist Ag Program, all while keeping up with her family’s busy schedule. Sally enjoys gardening, boating, shopping, barbequing and spending time with her friends and family. And, Danette likes hanging out with her daughter, reading, and traveling. She is also passionate about supporting autism research.

Surrounded by beautiful canyons, prairie lands and mountains, Mountain Home offers modern amenities and outdoor recreation for every enthusiast – all with the charm of small town hospitality. Situated just off the Historic Oregon Trail, and only a forty-five minute drive to Boise, Mountain Home is the county seat of Elmore County and home to an estimated 13,780 residents.

The city is very proud of the Mountain Home Air Force Base that was established there during World War II and still operates today. The Air Force Base is the largest employer in the county, and the Base personnel and their families make up a large portion of the area’s population. Annually, the community participates in the Mountain Home Air Force Appreciation Day Parade, which is said to be one of the largest in Idaho. The Base’s continuing operations have brought new and diverse cultures and have added to the unique atmosphere only found in Mountain Home.
