Jennifer Hillman, Production Typist – Rexburg, ID

Production Typist, Jennifer Hillman, works in Alliance Title’s Rexburg, Idaho branch and has been with the company a little over 8 months. Her responsibilities include typing all of the commitments that come through her office for multiple counties; recording documents for the escrow department; updating foreclosure lists for Fremont and Madison Counties; and assembling property profiles for real estate agents. Although Jennifer has a full workload, she says she enjoys her various responsibilities as they make each day an adventure. She said, “I love that I am not continuously doing the same task over and over again.”

Teamwork is Jennifer’s favorite Alliance Title core value. She explained, “Here in the Rexburg branch, we have a lot to do with each other. If I am unable to locate a deed or property, everyone in the office is willing to help. Most of my job involves several different people along the way, and I know I can count on them to do their part so I am able to do mine.”

Janel Young, Title Assistant and Receptionist of Alliance’s Rexburg office, is the person Jennifer admires the most because she has been with the company for over 20 years and is extremely dedicated to the organization. Jennifer said, “Janel is friendly to all those who enter our doors and most of them she calls by name. She has put a lot of time and effort into this company and I hope to do the same.”

Outside of the office, Jennifer’s favorite thing to do is to spend time with her family. She and her husband have been married 3 years as of March 2nd and they have a beautiful 15-month old little girl and a cat. They live in Rigby where they enjoy taking walks, hiking, camping, hunting, fishing and more.

Jennifer loves the following quote by Erin Hanson because she feels that it encompasses all that we are capable of if we have faith and try:

“There is freedom waiting for you,
On the breezes of the sky,
And you ask “What if I fall?”
Oh but my darling,
What if you fly?”
