Alliance Title’s Eagle branch employees are as dynamic as the beautiful city they operate in. An energetic bunch, this team works hard to provide their customers with superior service and smooth closings. They also know how to play hard, taking advantage of the various recreational activities available in the Eagle area. Alliance’s Eagle team is proud to have two military veterans in their group: Escrow Officer, Tonya Reeves, who served in the US Navy and Branch Administrative Assistant, Sharla Dudding, who served in the US Air Force.
Situated near the Boise River, Eagle was established by settlers in the 1860s and named for the considerable number of bald eagles that made the area their home. Although it was once a small village, Eagle has become a thriving suburban community thanks to the growth of the nearby Boise metropolitan area in recent years. As of 2014, the city’s population was estimated at 22,502 residents and, according to Sperling’s BestPlaces, it has grown by 58.54% since 2000.
Approximately 10 miles northwest of Boise, Eagle residents enjoy an average commute time of 21 minutes as opposed to the national average of 25 minutes. The city also has a flourishing housing market. The median cost of a home is $306,300, and home appreciation rose by 13.30% last year. The unemployment rate in Eagle is 4.20%, which is lower than the national unemployment rate of 6.30%.
