Alliance Title’s Commercial Services and Residential Services teams work out of the C.W. Moore Plaza in downtown Boise, Idaho. The office is just a short walk from downtown restaurants and shopping. Alliance has been a tenant in the C.W. Moore building since 1998 and their spacious first floor suite includes two closing rooms with one closing room set to accommodate larger groups for commercial closings. The team at Alliance is dedicated to working with their clientele and invites you to stop by to get to know them and enjoy a cup of coffee or a fresh baked cookie.

The C.W. Moore Plaza is a destination building with a penthouse and patio terrace that hosts events throughout the year and a rooftop cafe open for daily dining. C.W. Moore also has conference rooms available to host meetings with a max capacity of approximately 120 people.

Boise is home to an estimated 216,282 residents as of 2014. While the city has grown with the changing times since it was incorporated in 1864, downtown Boise’s mixture of modern and historical buildings is a testament to the city’s commitment to preserving their past.

One of Boise’s most iconic and beloved historical buildings is the Egyptian Theatre. When the theatre opened on April 19, 1927, it debuted with the movie, “Don Juan.” While the theatre changed names a handful of times over the decades, its ambiance remained the same. In 1999, Hardy Foundation, Inc. and the project architect, Gregory A. Kaslo, AIA, were commissioned to restore the Egyptian to its original splendor. Today, the theatre’s beautifully-detailed décor reflects Egyptian revival-style architecture in significant detail. Because of its remarkable acoustics, the theatre has hosted “numerous top level national touring acts and theatre productions.” The theatre can also be rented by the public for events such as weddings, private parties, corporate events, concerts, and film screenings.
