Kelsey Wartman, Business Development Representative – Meridian, ID

Kelsey Wartman works out of Alliance Title’s Meridian, Idaho office and has been with the company for 14 months. As a Business Development Representative, Kelsey is tasked with building new and lasting customer relationships with real estate professionals in the Treasure Valley area while concurrently growing and maintaining relationships with Alliance’s loyal customers. Kelsey is always seeking new ways to add value to her customer relationships.

When asked about Kelsey’s favorite Alliance core value, Kelsey didn’t hesitate with answering that it is service. She shares, “Without the amazing service and employees that deliver it, Alliance Title & Escrow would not be where it is today.” Kelsey goes on to elaborate stating, “I love my job because I am able to help real estate professionals build their business while developing a lasting relationship at the same time. It is very rewarding to work for a company that I know will give a superior level of customer service to our clients.”

Kelsey’s parents are the people she admires the most due to their ability to run two businesses while raising Kelsey and her siblings. Kelsey is grateful to her parents for providing their family with solid values. She looks forward to someday passing these valuable life lessons on when she has children of her own.

Outside of work, Kelsey loves spending time with her husband Kyler and their new puppy, Kammie. Since recently moving to Idaho from Florida, Kelsey has gained a love for the outdoors. She has been fishing, camping, and even recently tried skiing.

“In life, you’re either moving forward or backwards, towards something or away from it, growing stronger or becoming weaker. Always strive to be in constant positive motion,” by Michael Irwin is Kelsey’s favorite quote.  When asked why, Kelsey shared, “This quote reminds me to constantly be working to better myself and the people around me. Nothing remains the same in life.”
