Her job duties entail quality control and distribution of title commitments; verification of insurability of title insurance policies; and operating as the communication frontline for escrow and external clients.

What she enjoys most about her work is learning something new every day. Isabel said, “This industry is continually changing and I’ve learned so much in the years I’ve been here. I also love communicating with customers, internally and externally. I love being able to speak and get to know professionals in the industry and learn from their experience.”

Accountability is Isabel’s favorite Alliance core value. She explained, “As title and escrow professionals, buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and everyone else involved in the closing transaction are relying on us to do our job and do it to the best of our abilities. When you are accountable for what you do and the tasks entrusted to you, you’ll achieve your goal and be successful.”

Isabel’s parents are the people she admires most. She said, “They taught me and my siblings the joy of what it means to work hard and to work for what you have. We were brought up to be self-reliant, accountable, honest, and to have integrity. They continue to work hard, love hard, and laugh hard.”

Outside of the office, Isabel enjoys spending time with her family. She stated, “My family is so important to me. Whether we are barbequing, camping, four-wheeling or piled up on the couch watching a movie, I’m most happy with my family.” Isabel also enjoys reading, baking, creating custom cakes and entertaining with ridiculous/over-the-top parties.

“All you need is love. Love is all you need.” is Isabel’s favorite quote by The Beatles because, she said, “Well…it’s the truth.”
