A new, housing-related top ten list was reported recently by HousingWire.com. The news source sought to determine the “definitive list of the best states to live in” and ranked all 50 states based on how they rated in household income, per capita state and local taxes, unemployment levels, and kid-friendliness.
Ranking 2nd place was the State of Wyoming. Ranked 1st for their “percent of income paid in state and local taxes, but 22nd in average amount paid in state and local taxes,” Wyoming’s February unemployment level was 6th best in the nation.
The State of Montana barely missed the top 10, ranking 11th in Housingwire.com’s list. Idaho ranked 20th place and Washington State ranked 28th. To read the full article and see which other states made the top ten, visit http://bit.ly/1gCkmIY.
