New Income Limits for Down Payment Assistance Programs on FHA Loans

The Idaho Housing and Finance Association (IHFA) announced changes to the allowable income limits for borrowers who acquire Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans using the IHFA’s Good Credit Rewards down payment assistance program. The new income limits are the result of clarifications on down payment assistance program requirements by the FHA. The IHFA shares the new income limits by county at and states that these are the same income limits used for their First Loan product.
