Walter Gilden is a Title Assistant at Alliance Title’s Centralized Title Services department in Boise, Idaho. He joined the Alliance Title team in 2006 and has been in the title industry since 1986. Walter compares title work to solving puzzles which is the aspect he enjoys the most about being a Title Assistant.
His favorite Alliance core value is accountability. Walter says, “Accuracy is extremely important in Centralized Title Services. Important decisions are made based upon my work and an error could be costly to the company, so it is important that I am thorough and accurate.”
When asked who he admires most, he says, “This might sound corny, but I admire my wife, Angelica. She came to this country alone when she was young, learned the language and has become a successful business person.”
Outside of work, Walter’s interests are reading and working around the yard. His wife owns a flower shop and you can often find Walter there.
Walter’s favorite say is, “Measure twice, cut once” because it reminds him of the importance of attention to detail and the need to double check his work for accuracy.
