Today’s Associate Spotlight features two of our Idaho Falls branch associates: Milli Gabettas and Angela Mecham! This dynamic duo not only fulfills their daily duties with a smile, but they are also the branch coordinators for Alliance Title’s ‘Closing the Hunger Gap’ initiative.
Milli is an Escrow Officer and has been with the company for almost 10 years. What Milli enjoys most about what she does is meeting with clients. When asked what her favorite Alliance Title core value is, Milli says, “All of them. We are here for our customers, our shareholders and our associates.”
The person she admires the most is her husband whom she describes as the most honest, generous, and humble person she knows.
Outside of work, Milli’s interests include cooking, travelling, floating rivers, fishing and camping, backpacking and most outdoor activities.
Her favorite quote is, “You can’t change the past, you can’t predict the future, you only have today.” Milli believes that there is no time to spend wishing your life away, so make the most of what you have every day.
Angela is an Escrow Assistant and has been with Alliance Title for 15 years. With title experience under her belt, she is able to assist the title department when the need arises. What she enjoys most about what she does is the versatility with her time that the company has provided. Angela says, “As I have worked in both title and escrow, my training enables me to work fluently in either department and provide assistance to our internal and external customers in both areas.”
Her favorite Alliance Title core value is Accountability. Angela explains, “Both personally and professionally, we service ourselves and our industry best by being accountable for our work, our actions, and our attitudes.”
When asked who she admires most, Angela said, “I admire my daughter, Morgan, who is 8. She’s incredibly intuitive, compassionate, honest to a fault, braver than most adults, and truly sees the world for its possibilities.”
When she is away from the office, Angela enjoys spending time with her family. Her other interests include horseback riding, demolition derby, four-wheeling, fishing and camping.
Angela’s favorite saying is “Swing away” which is a baseball term that she uses to encourage herself and others to “simply try.” Angela says, “Everything’s impossible if you never make an attempt.”
