Rachel has been with Alliance Title for five years and has worked within the title and escrow industry for six and a half years. She has served as a receptionist, reconveyance specialist, title assistant and currently as an administrative assistant.
In addition to her administrative assistant duties, Rachel also manages the front desk at the Eagle, Idaho branch. She answers telephones, greets customers, orders office supplies, and bakes fresh delicious cookies for our customers to enjoy. Another daily task is helping out the Escrow team as much as possible by checking assessments and requesting pay-offs, and any other requests from the Escrow Officers. “Anything I can do to lighten their load makes me feel like I’ve accomplished something,” Rachel stated.
Rachel said of her manager, Kim Blasius, “she is practically a superhero. She is part of the reason I’m in escrow.”
Rachel appreciates Alliance Title’s core values as being great business standards as well as individual guidelines. Consistency is her personal favorite core value as, “none of the others matter if it is not who we are and what we do consistently. It’s the consistency from day to day, transaction to transaction that builds our customers confidence and allows them to trust us,” Rachel says.
She relishes the opportunity to impact someone’s day in a positive way, which is why she, “absolutely loves” interacting with customers. “I consider it my responsibility to do what I can to make their day great,” she says.
Her parents have had a great impact on her and she greatly admires their strong marriage and attention to their children. “My mom and dad made us a part of everything that was going on and they never missed anything that was important to us,” Rachel said.
Outside of work, Rachel can be found spending time with her husband, Brennan. Together, they love to cook, bake, spend time with family, play games, play music, listen to music and take the four-wheeler out for a spin.
