ALTA Encourages Their Members to weigh in on the CFPB’s Newest GFE and HUD-1 Prototypes

The deadline for feedback to the CFPB is April 16th and the CFPB plans to publish the rule and forms by July 21st. Read more about ALTA’s stance on the new forms, the role of lenders and settlement service agents in relation to the new forms, and access the links to view the prototypes.
