CFPB Presents a New Set of Mortgage Disclosure Document Prototypes for Public Feedback

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) is presenting their most recent mortgage disclosure document prototypes for consumer and real estate professional feedback. Similar to their prior releases of prototypes for comment, the new five-paged form called ‘Hornbeam’ and the new six-page form called ‘Ironwood’ are the result of the CFPB evolving the Truth In Lending and HUD-1 settlement statement into a single, easy to understand set of mortgage documents.
