Meet our Rexburg, ID Branch

Looking for a place that offers beautiful scenery, trails, hot springs, and a great community? Rexburg, Idaho is the place for you.

Settled in Madison County, Rexburg offers a quaint place to live and grow. Just a short 20 minute drive north of town, the St. Anthony Sand Dunes can provide fun and adventure – almost like stepping onto a new continent! The St. Anthony Sand Dunes can also be a great way to enter Yellowstone National Park and the Teton Range.

Rexburg made national news on June 5, 1976, when the Teton Dam collapsed. This flood left most of the city underwater for several days; a museum is dedicated to the history of the catastrophic flood, and has been a major city landmark for decades.

In the middle of downtown Rexburg, you’ll find our Rexburg team! Our 12-person team has a combined work experience of 167 years – so they know a thing or two about title and escrow.

The Rexburg branch strives to provide the best customer experience for each and every client that walks through their door. The team explains, “We feel we stand out from the competition by our attention to detail. It is often said in our market that if you want it done right, you have it done at Alliance. We believe our teamwork makes for a better customer experience. We are always trying to be forward-thinking when working with our customers.”

Not only is our Rexburg office committed to their clients, but they’re also strongly committed to the community they serve. Our Alliance location supports local 4-H participants, various high school athletic, academic, music, and drama programs, and contributes to the Chamber of Commerce. Closing the Hunger Gap, Alliance Title’s companywide yearly food drive, is also at the top of their contributions list!

Title Assistant, Janel Young, is an affiliate to the Upper Valley Realtor Association. Escrow Officer, Tahni Cottrell, is part of a non-profit organization that helps troubled youth find healing through music, and Business Development Representative, Dan Hanna, has become a very popular farrier in the community.

An office of gardeners, grandmas, event planners, and crafters, this Rexburg team has become family. Escrow Officer, Heather Erickson, has even preformed a marriage ceremony for one of our employees after becoming an ordained minister!

When asked what they love about their customers, Vice President and Branch Manager, Alison Banta, states, “We love the loyalty of our customers. It says a lot about us, that customers have a strong sense of trust in us. We enjoy the friendships and relationships we build with them, and we like getting to know their interests and their families. We are a small community – and customers just feel like friends.”

Whether you’re buying or selling commercial or residential property in Madison County, the professionals at Alliance Title’s Rexburg location are delighted to help make your next transaction a success!

Meet our Lewiston, ID Branch

The second-largest city in the northern Idaho region goes to Lewiston, Idaho.

Also referred to as L-Town, River City, and Lewyton, the city of Lewiston was founded in 1862 in the wake of the gold rush. Before Boise became the capital of Idaho, Lewiston held the title from 1863 to 1864.

Seated in Nez Perce County at the confluence of the Snake River and Clearwater River, Lewiston serves as a recreation destination for the Hells Canyon National Recreation Area – visitors can take jet boat tours, can experience picturesque wine tasting through the many Lewis-Clark Valley wineries, or can catch a summer concert along the river.

Located just a skip away from the Clearwater River, you’ll find our Lewiston, Idaho branch. Bringing in a total of 65 years of title and escrow experience between our seven team members, Alliance’s Lewiston office is excited to assist you during your home buying process.

The Lewiston branch is a true team – they strive to set the bar high when it comes to customer service and satisfaction. Lewiston’s office has a can-do attitude; they will work diligently to accommodate clients and to ensure their needs and expectations are being met.

Vice President and Branch Manager, Brandy Charlo, explains, “We are not just another title and escrow company, and we make sure our customers know that when they come in. It does ‘matter where you close’ and our customers are our number one priority.”

Our Lewiston branch is thrilled to have been selected by their local Association of Realtors as the Affiliate of the Year for the past two years!

Volunteering and participating in community events and organizations come naturally to the Lewiston team. They volunteer and donate to The Idaho Foodbank, the Gina Quesenberry Foundation, Lewis Clark Animal Shelter, Lewis Clark Association of Realtors, Lewis Clark American Legion Baseball, Beautiful Downtown Lewiston, Valley Boys and Girls Club, 4-H, Lewis Clark State College, Fill the Bus, LC Crew, YWCA, and the Teacher of the Month.

When it comes to their customers, Alliance’s Lewiston location doesn’t shy away from being appreciative. Brandy illustrates, “We love it when we get referrals or return clients who come back because of how easy we make their transactions. We also love it when we can build new clients because of our service and dedication to our community and customers – we truly bond and develop friendships with our clients.”

This is important to our work ethic as well as in how we treat our customers and co-workers.”

Employee spotlight – Autumn Cannon

Our Title Officer III and North Region Production Manager, Autumn Cannon, is our newest Alliance Title Employee Spotlight! Our Coeur d’Alene branch has been lucky to have her these past 14 years.

Autumn searches, examines, and services files for Kootenai and Shoshone Counties. She also manages the day-to-day title production for the North Idaho and Montana branches – needless to say, she’s quite the busy bee. Autumn truly enjoys the people she works with and the sense of accomplishment that each day brings.

Of the Alliance Core Values, “Teamwork” is Autumn’s top choice. She explains, “It takes the entire team to facilitate a successful transaction from beginning to end. Alone we would fail, but together we can accomplish anything!”

Continuing the theme of teamwork, Autumn also explains how she appreciates her coworkers: “I admire the team that I work with, and my manager, Jack Wheir, for ‘putting up’ with every one of us!”

When she’s not working hard in the office, Autumn loves spending quality time with her family – whether that’s through summer barbecues, camping, fishing, or swimming.

Autumn’s favorite saying comes from Charles Swindoll: “The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life. It will make or break a company, a church, a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past, we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.” Autumn strongly believes that the last sentence really explains it all.

Now that you’ve gotten to know Autumn a little more, stop by Alliance Title’s Coeur d’Alene branch and write them in on your next transaction! Autumn looks forward to helping make your home closing a smooth and positive experience.
